Student must have completed his/her 12th class in any of the field (commerce, Arts, Science) from a recognised board. There is no such minimum marks required. You should choose B.Com from distance, as it was helpful to complete CA and a Bachelor course.

No , I am sorry but the cutoffs for general category are very high and I don't think you can get through with 80%.
