If you want to apply in any private universities then you have to give an enterance test for the same, apart from that even GGSIPU also take entrance test.
The minimum marks you require to be eligible for this course is 60%

Yes you can apply to St Xavier, Kolkata for B.Com ( hons. ) with your marks. There is admission on the basis of 12th marks ( you are eligible) but you will need to give an interview for the admission procedure.

To get the admission in MBA with any specialisation, it is necessary to appear and score in GMAT 2020 or CMAT 2020 (Graduate Management Admission Test/ Combined Management Admission Test). Yes, you can do the MBA in finance after the distance learning education programme. Good luck.
