Jyotshana, you do not need anything except dedication to learn further. I assume you're already into fashion industry/ institute. Design is a field that is age old & has been evolving every year like science. The world has changed a lot and a lot of new & wonderful careers in design have come up. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immersive Technology, Augmented Reality, 3D Projection etc, besides of course Game Design & Animation. Of course at the top of the pile lies Concept Designing (usually reserved for writers and visionaries) - these people are required by Event Companies, Animation Studios, VFX Studios, & of course Game Studios. At this stage, you may want to understand the creative world & the careers it offers. Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills & color sense. Journalism also is at this level and relies on your language skills & knowledge of history and current affairs. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, jewellery design, Acting, & Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching & imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as Motion Graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills - Cinematographic skills & imagination. Then come careers like Animation, Film Making, Game Design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling & problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. For Msc Genetic:
The candidates must complete B.Sc. from a recognised University in Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or Life Sciences and Biomedical Sciences in Science stream. Cut off marks of admission to MSc Genetics vary from University to University. Many Colleges/Universities conduct entrance examinations for admission to the course.
Eligibility for M.Sc. Bioinformatics:-
A student who has obtained Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% in (i) B.Sc. (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Zoology / Botany / Chemistry /Mathematics /Statistics / Computer Science). (ii) B. Pharm. (iii) MBBS (iv) BDS (v) BAMS (vi) BHMS (vii) B.E. in Computer Science or Information technology or Biomedical Engineering will be considered eligible for admission to M.Sc. Bioinformatics course.
Students will be admitted to M.Sc. Bioinformatics course through Central Entrance Test on the merit list based on the marks obtained in graduation.

Nitin, it is a long journey of learning. Most hollywood directors would be good with a lot of aspects of storytelling, including acting, story writing, storyboarding, cinematography, film editing, special effects and animation. There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production. you can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematography or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D vizualizations. you may even be a graphic artist who designs the screens, or an animator who brings stories to life as a proxy actor for onscreen characters. you can get into production, whether live or animated. You can be a story writer who writes for live and animated screens or even roll the story into a video/ pc game. you can be a script writer who would stop at nothing to give wonderful scene setups to bring the story to life. you could be an artist who designs characters or who storyboards the film for live or animated performance. you can also double up as a voice over artist who gives his/ her voice to the characters or dub for movie stars, or even be a radio star. you can alternatively look at web for a web of careers in web design, online marketing, search engine optimization, content writing, social media promoting.
