Hello Srinivasarao,
The admission is based on your board exam marks alone and there is no separate entrance exam.
The admission for the other state students is similar to that of Tamil Nadu students.
But, the admission portal would be available only a little later than the Tamil Nadu students admission portal.
If you are a Tamil Nadu native, you need to produce a nativity certificate.

If you are planning to opt to complete your MS in finance from India, you would need your pass certificates from your undergraduate degree. If you want to study MS abroad you may need to appear for GRE exams. Once you obtain a valid GRE score, that score can be used for your application for MS abroad. You can enroll in some of the MS F program immediately after graduation, which makes it a great option for freshers without experience) though few may have a minimum work experience requirement.

Hello Akshay,
Don't worry. Questions set by Mumbai University are neither tougher nor easier than any other university. What happens is that students are not accustomed to different method of teaching in engineering colleges as compared with class 12th.

Hello Abhi,
It's actually a perception that it's best to do M.Tech in infrastructure rather than pure civil. But, my sincere advise is to don't get swayed by this. You must select that subject in which you have interest and feel comfortable with.

Bharti Vidhyapeeth conducts it's own CET and takes admission on that basis only. It does not take admission on the bases of MH CET.
So, you can definitely take admission in BVP, but you will have to give the entrance exam.
