You are B.Sc honors with B.Ed so it is natural that if you like to proceed further study - it is M.Sc.
Now, you are thinking for alternative course LLB, and in a fix which one will be better. I think your confusion may work out of insecurity in terms of placement. It is common. You may think if you come to legal profession after LLB, there will be opening a separate legal professional path and your dependency on the job will be minimized.
