Yes, you have two chances for JEE Advance and three chances for Mains. So you can appear in 2019 Advance exam. But there is one condition on the basis of your 12th board marks, i.e. you should have at least 65% marks (for SC and ST) in 12th boards or be in top twenty percentile of your board.

Hello Gujja,
You have made me confused! On one hand you are saying that you have completed B Tech in 2017 but then are also saying that there is a backlog. Ok. Journalism is indeed very good subject with tremendous scope but with different working hours!! You can get admission either to a regular college or you can do even with distance education. Eligibility is 12th and hence you should not have any problem.

Hello,
It's great that you are concerned for his future. The first thing you have to do is to know what is his area of interest and what he likes and wants to become. You can tell him to analyse himself to know what are his areas of interest. This is the best way to analyse what he wants to do and I think this will work for him and will help him in deciding his path for the future.
All the best.
