I would like to share the process to become a professor in India. That would give you an idea on how to proceed.
UGC NET is conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education. However, I would suggest you to opt for Junior Research Fellowship.
Once you qualify for the award of Junior Research Fellowship, you'll be eligible to pursue research in the subject of your post-graduation or in a related subject and will also be eligible for lectureship.

1. The Masters of Computer Management (MCM) prepares for a career in the fields of management, product design, system engineering, system architecture, system design, software development, testing or research.
Career opportunities exist in such areas as management software and hardware sales, technical writing, training others on computer, consulting, software development and technical support.
Application areas include transaction processing (such as order processing, airline reservations, banking system), accounting functions, sales analysis, games, forecasting and simulation, database management, decision support and data communication.
2. MCA is more on the generic computer system and applications while MCM is more on the financial application side. Not to say that MCM cannot become programmers, sysmtem analysts, project leaders. It is just that the course concentration is more on financial applications for MCM.
3. Both MCM And MCA are good, there is no comparison between them as such. Please look at the syllabus and choose which best appeals to you.

If you're creative, you can opt for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
