Hi,
The fees for commercial pilot licence varies from institutes to institute, however, the fees at the premier flying school, are above Rs 16 lakh for CPL+PPL.
The 18-month CPL course for those who already have a PPL costs Rs 12 lakh plus.
After the initial license you will have to get an airline endorsement, which means training on large aircraft.
Training and endorsement costs for different aircraft, it can be extremely expensive and range from Rs 15 lakh upwards. Moreover, each time a pilot moves over to another type of aircraft, he/she will have to undergo special training for that aircraft and obtain the type endorsement.

The community of counselors and advisors should be more careful about the institutes they recommend. Unless they know the institute intimately they shouldn't recommend them at all, even if they happen to top the rankings, some of which, have nexus with those who advertise in the magazines that put out these ratings. In my view, even if it sometimes sounds like promoting an institute, advisors should be willing to stick their neck out and guide the student to consider an institute that is good. The student too should not take everything at face value but cross check from other sources. The attitude should be one of healthy scepticism.

No, you are not eligible to write NET exam since U.G.C asks for a masters degree for it.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
Age Qualification:
The candidates appearing for JRF should not be above 28 years of age. The candidates appearing only for lectureship have no upper age limit. Age relaxation of 5 years will be given to SC/ST/OBC or physically disabled or women or visually handicapped.
