In order to pursue your MBA from University of Toronto(Rotman School of Management), you require a minimum full time work experience of 2 years as well as a GMAT score above 650 atleast. If you do not have work experience, you are not eligible to apply for this program. If you are keen on pursuing MBA without work experience in Canada, you can apply to Carleton University. This university does not require work experience and neither has a high GMAT requirement(You can easily get admission by scoring 600+).

If you are doing your B.Com and simultaneously preparing for CAT i think you should not plan anything else as CAT is a really tough Examination to crack and if you are able to crack CAT well and get placed in a good University for your MBA like XLRI, IIMS etc. then you would not require any other course.
As there is saying its better to have one in hand than two in bush same way it is better to focus on what you have in hand right now and give it your best performance rather than looking for other courses.
However, later you can plan some finance or commerce related certifications, or CA, CWA, CFA CS etc.
