CWA is a course which offers a complete career in itself. It is a long course which you have to complete with in the time span of 7 Years which is its validity period. It has three stages: Foundation Course Intermediate Course & Final Course. Its a tough Examination with the difficulty level equivalent to CAT so; my suggestion is that currently you should focus on your CAT preparation & B.com. However, if you are very keen on doing a course then go for some personality development course which will develop your overall personality & communication skills and this will help you in clearing your GD & PI rounds of various Universities/ B- Schools once you have cleared your CAT.

There are many institutes in India which are offering Clinical research courses and accepts admissions on the basis of qualifying their entrance exams. It is not possible to mention details without knowing as to for which institute you are inquiring about. In the BPT as you are keen to pursue, would require 12th pass with Biology as the subject of study in the science field with 50% aggregate.
The University is offering Clinical exposure in specialty hospitals, further clinical training with hands on exposure in-campus & own out-campus OPD is also provided and assistance for training in the various hospitals is also offered for the deserving candidates.
