BITS - Pilani shortlists candidates based on CAT/GMAT scores +Work exp+ Profile + SOP . To be on the safer side minimum 80+ in CAT is recommended. But it doesn't mean less than 80 per student won't get the call. A lot depends on profile, number of applications received, etc. GD & PI rounds are conducted after the first stage of shortlisting. GD is not an elimination round but yes its an important round as it carries weightage. So, finally I would recommend you to perform well in GD & PI for getting final call conversion. If u don't perform well in GD and PI , no matter how great u perform in CAT/GMAT, it won;t fetch u a conversion here. Thanks.

The procedure for admission into PGDM is as follows:
1) You need to complete you Graduation with at least 50% marks and also should get a good score in PGDM entrance exams like CAT,XAT,MAT,ATMA,CMAT etc.
2)If you meet the eligibility criteria you can apply for PGDM in the colleges you wish to study with your entrance exam score cards.( Remember the eligibility criteria varies from colleges to colleges. So first you check the criteria with the college website you wish to apply and if found you meet the eligibility criteria then proceed with your application)
3)After sending the application, If the college shortlists you they will send you a call letter to participate in their selection process which includes written ability test,group discussion and personal interview.
4) If you clear all these rounds then you will get admission into PGDM.
