Generally, the applications for the engineering entrance exams begin from the month of November. You may get the advertisements of the respective institutions regarding the application dates and you may also find them in their official websites.
Shiksha.com will also be updating the dates of exams in a calendar once they are announced.

Though you can take the GMAT I doubt if you will be able to apply to any university since 45% is not an acceptable score abroad. So taking the GMAT might not even be fruitful. Perhaps you should consider taking an improvement exam and qualify to study abroad before taking a study abroad entrance test.
