It's very nice to know your dream of going to Germany for studying engineering after diploma. But I am afraid that eligibility for admission would be 12th and not diploma. I also would like to advise you to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students to Germany.

You can prepare for the CSIR NET Exam while doing M.Sc in Chemical Science. The CSIR NET Exam is conducted in the month of June and December for the students those have interest in making career in the lectureship and Research. You must do a Masters in Chemical Science with around 55% marks. There are many universities and colleges in India that provide Masters in Chemical Science. In India, the vacancies for pilots are less.So, a number of pilots are in the race to get a job in reputed airlines, but there is a lot of competition. In Asia, there are 150000 pilots needed. In India, a fresher pilot earns 2.5 lakhs per month or more but it depends on which airlines you work. Indigo, Jet Airways, Spice and Air Asia offer high scale salary to their pilots, but if compared to Air India, Air India offer a salary of almost 1.5 lakhs per month which is less than other airlines.
