You must apply for the IIT JAM Exam if you want to do your post-graduation.

1) IITs would be among the top colleges for engineering. The admission is based on your ranks in JEE Mains and Advanced exams. After that, you may find some NITs, which also use JEE main (alone) for admission.
2) For private institutes like BITS-Pilani, VIT, Manipal University, SRM University, etc., you need to appear for the respective exams like BITSAT, VITEEE, MOUET and SRM JEE.

To get into NIT-Warangal, your maximum score should be more than 260+ to get into CSE as an OBC student and the minimum would be to get into other branches like biotechnology. Your required score will be 180+ for an OBC student. Good luck!

An Undergraduate Degree from any Institute / University recognized by law in India.
or
An Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID.
So you cannot sit for the exam until or unless you have the certificate.

Yes, one can pursue MBA in India with or without any kind of work-experience. Though not a compulsion, it is always beneficial to pursue MBA with some prior experience (preferably 2 years).

If you want to do an MBA abroad you must clear GMAT and the precondition for GMAT is you must have 2 years of experience.
In India, it doesn't matter anyone with a graduate degree can do MBA.

The admission into ME/M.Tech programs are PSG tech, Coimbatore is based on the GATE scores only. You need to have a GATE score of above 40 so as to have a seat at PSG.
The admission is also via TANCET scores, which are for TN candidates.
However, the GATE scores fill most of the seats.
