Recently, many software developing and IT companies has placed 40% of biotech students in their sector with an average package of 4-7 lakhs/p.a .and companies like nestle India, Amul, etc. offers jobs in R&D and other sectors. The average package for a biotechnolist is 4-7 lakhs PA in every sector.

NCHMCT conducts examinations for various UG courses affiliated with IGNOU for its IHMs, SIHMs and private colleges. All the IHMs and SIHMs are central and state government colleges respectively. Hence, if you cleared the NCHMCT JEE exam, you will get Government College if opted in counseling. Good luck.
