It is not legal to pursue more than one PG course at a time. But, you can do. It is your competency to handle both the courses. You have to take care of following things:
1. University of PG courses should not be same.
2. Do one of the course privately.
3. Don't apply both the degrees at same time. Work silently to gain more.

Hi Pranav,SAT is not required for Indian applicants, so there is no need to stress over it. If you do take a score of 1450 is good. Check the application requirements on the websites. For Indian applicants JEE is the requirement.
