Dear Yogendra, I do not know from where you have picked up "Internship" as it is not applicable to engineering students in India and only MBBS pass outs and management trainees do that. Coming to your desire to associate with any of the IITs is praiseworthy only if you have strong desire to work on advanced labs/software of IITs. For this purpose, you can be sent by your department to an IIT during your project phase in 4th year to take advantage of any particular lab or software which is not available at your NIT.
