Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry. System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Software Developer, Web Developer and many more. Most of the Servers are running on Linux Servers. If u choose Linux platform as ur career option will be the futuristic approach. RHCE, RHCSS, RHCEV, JBOSS, LAMP, WAMP, XAMP CCNA, MCSE, JCP, OCP are some of the Leading Specialization areas where u can get some International kind of quality Certification. Don't u think that after getting Technically qualified Certification u will get high salaried technical JOB?As Cyber Crime is going high, Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System.

I am afraid to say but you will not be eligible in most of the universities in the US as the degree requirement for most US universities is a 4 year degree. However, you can get your degree evaluated from WES. WES(World Education Services) is a non-profit organization which evaluates the number of credits in your degree and matches it with the credit requirement by the US University. Provided you have completed the required number of credits in your BCOM, you would be eligible to apply to some in the US. Also, i would like to let you know what a credit is. In USA, a student in a high school or university earns credits for the successful completion of each course for each academic term. The state or the institution generally sets a minimum number of credits required to graduate.
I would also like to let you know that your profile is better fitted for UK as UK accepts a 3 year degree in all universities.

The institute is ISO certified but then in India it is important to have recognition from a government body like UGC, DEC, AICTE etc. It is a career risk that you have taken and if you are keen to pursue a good career then the option that I can think of is to pursue a proper graduation from a recognized college but this would mean again investing a lot of time and money to get a graduate degree, or else you stick to the field and take up a job so that along with which you can initiate a bachelor degree from recognized University and then can accordingly apply for higher education.

As you want to pursue a Media Management, I would like to say that Media Management is a rare course and very few institutes provide Media Management rather I would suggest you to opt for PG in Media or Mass Comm. Also there are many good institutes that will provide you this course. It is not slear as to why you can not take up Masters, a bachelor course even if gets you a job but that would not provide you the growth and the kind of value one would deserve. Based on your query, I can suggest you is either to take up some short job oriented courses in IT like International certifications in Hardware/ Networking or the software courses like in depth knowledge on Java, .Net, PHP etc.
