Both the countries are good however UK is famous for management related programs and there are lots of good universities and colleges in UK the basic advantage is in UK MBA is for 1 year also after MBA you may get 2 years of work permit as well. Part time jobs are also allowed there.
On the other hand Singapore is extremely popular for its MBA programmes and attracts a number of students every year. Most of the MBA institutes of Singapore offers world class Learning Environment. Here is a list of some of the institutes and colleges offering MBA programs in Singapore:- INSEAD , Nanyang Business School , National University of Singapore, S.P.Jain Center of Management, SMU (Singapore Management University), The Hemsdale Management School , MDIS (Management Development Institute of Singapore) , Amity Global Business School.
Cost of living is cheaper in Singapore however UK is bit costlier.

Before going for any course it is important to consider two aspects and these are : the eligibility criteria and your interest intent. You are definitely eligible for the M.Sc even after your B.tech but then you can apply only to the institutes where in the required percentage is lesser to your attained percentage.

Hi Keerthana, as far as my knowledge goes they wouldn't let you work part time during studies. But for a confirmation please ask the university itself. Although Singapore Govt does nt allow foreign nationals to work during studies some institutes have the permission to allow students to work part time during studies. For a course at this institute you may be required to clear IELTS/TOEFL. Following are the documents they need Signed Application Form,
A non-refundable fee S$321 (incl of GST)
Form V36,
4 Passport-Sized Photographs
Copies of Highest qualication/certication,
Photocopy of passport,
Financial credibility statements,
Working experience (if any)
English qualications, etc

Coming from an engineering field will not really make a lot difference while pursuing a course in Animation as the same is more inclined towards creativity and innovative mind along with the knowledge of tools and applications that requires to be implemented but then the features like Drawing, Sketching, Caricatures etc will definitely add a lot of value in your training for Animation.

As for the second part of your question goes, you can opt for either depending on your career aspirations, i.e. if you are keen to make a career in the IT technical field then opt for MCA, but if you are keen towards management then nothing better than a MBA degree.

As for noe your profession comes under the skilled labor list of Canada. Meaning that professionals for this particular profession are running short in Canada. But to get a direct job in Canada it is next to impossible especially for a fresher.
getting a job for any international person has to go through many stages. and it is called AEO Arranged Employment Offer.
If you are selected by some company. The company has to first take permission from the HRSDC department of Canada to allow them to hire you. Then the HRSDC department will cross interview all the candidates those have been interviewed for your position in the past 1 yr.Believe me one person(Canadian national) will be ready to work on a lesser CTC that what you will be getting and then and there your offer letter will be canceled.

well ms in pharmacy is not available for international student. The course is open to them but the seats are very limited like in total they will be having around 4-5 seats for international students and you will be competing with the students around the world. Same goes with PHd program. that requires a minimum work exp of 6-7 yrs and a research proposal. Also you might br called for a personal interview to Canada, which of course you will have to bear on your own.
I would suggest if you have done Bachelors in Pharmacy then the best option for you will be to go in for Post Grad Diplomas. They are very much in demand among the employers in Pharmacy industry. They look for students who have done a diploma as these diplomas are very much based on the practical knowledge of a particular subject.
There are options you can choose from like Pharmaceutical Science College Of Canada. It is entirely for pharmacy related courses.
