1. No, Diploma after class XII, does not stands equivalent to graduation. You need to pick B.E or B.TECH Mechanical 2nd year through lateral entry.
2. To appear for G.P.S.C, you need to hold a graduation degree in a relevant discipline. Your Diploma certificate does not make you eligible.
3. With your diploma, you can opt for jobs such as-
Transmission Design & Development - Junior officer/Officer/Senior officer
Indian Railways
You can also apply in private sector for the post of JR.Engineer, SUB-Engineer, Technician , etc with good salary package.
