Hi,
* Generally, to pursue MCA :
- One needs to pass BCA, BBA or B.Tech with more than 60 % .
- Students who have finished their graduation in Science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2.
- There is no age limit.
Aspirants need to write an entrance exam to get admission into the MCA course.
* Some of the renowned universities offering MCA are :
- Banaras Hindu University
- Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS)
- Calicut University
- Delhi University
- Goa University
- Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
- Jawaharlal Nehru University
- MN National Institute of Technology

Yes you are surely eligible. You should buy the form and apply for the programme. Though your score is a little low you have a decent chance of converting it into a call. I have friends who had scored low, but had a good GD/PI process and secured an admmision. So you dont need to worry and focus on having a good GD/PI process.
