Yes, you can do M.Tech after completing B.Sc. But, you have to clear entrance exam to get into a college for M.Tech.
You can try to get admission in:
1. IIT's
2. NIT's
3. IISc – Bangalore.
4. Birla Institute of Technology - BIT Mishra.
5. Anna University.
You can also prepare for IIT JAM entrance test to pursue M.Sc or dual degree courses from IIT's or IISc like:
1. M.Sc (Two year).
2. Joint M.Sc - Ph.D.
3. M.Sc - Ph.D dual degree.
4. M.Sc - M.Tech.
5. Post Bachelor degree courses at different IITs.
6. Integrated Ph.D courses at IISC.
