I would advise you to take a short term training program in clinical research or pharmacovigilance to enhance your career options. After successful completion you can explore your career as Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) with Sponsor Co. (Pharma, Biotech, CROs, etc.). I personally completed my training from Catalyst Clinical Services into clinical research and currently working as PM with a leading CRO. For more information you can check their website.
