The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Mains attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict which colleges you can get. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

Hi Sadha, there are need-based scholarships from MIT, MIT is just few of the US universities to offer need-based scholarships to its students. They do not offer merit based funds. For students with family incomes under $90,000 a year, a full scholarship aid is possible from MIT.
