Definitely, you can. But you can appear for the 2nd round. I think you can get CSE in NITs because your 1st attempt is good. You can get your desired result with this attempt also.

Given your academics and entrance score, you will definitely get a call from most of the good B-Schools, if you apply, but here you haven't mentioned any particular B-School of your choice. Some good B-Schools according to your scores and work experience can be IMI, TAPMI, Nirma, IISWBM, IMT, BIMM, etc.
