i would suggest IGNOU, YCMOU, SIKKIM Manipal etc. apart from theses are some universitites which provide online and distnce education. age and other qualifications are not matter in education.

as you are going to complete CA i will suggest you to go for MBA in distance mode.Coz when you will face the interview must ask why you are doing your MBA lately in regular mode?so better do it in distance mode as you have gap after your graduation also,as you are in CA.In distance mode go with St.peter's university as fees are less then around 30,000.& also approved by joint committee UGC-DEC-AICTE
