Is your degree a 3 year degree or a 4 year degree? Incase your degree is a 3 year degree, you are not eligible to pursue a masters degree in Canada due to the reason that universities in Canada require a 4 year UG degree.

Hi,
The best universities in Canada to pursue your masters in electronics are The University of Toronto, McGill University and University of Western Ontario. Please find below the admission requirements:
1) GRE Exam: Minimum score 1000, preferable score 1200+ if you want to make it through a good university.
2) IELTS: Minimum 6.5 band score
3) Undergraduation percentage must be 70% and above. In your case, you would have to score very well in the GRE to cover your low percentage if you want to apply to the best colleges.

Hi Anandsharma,
Most of the Universities would require Math at +2 level if you want to get into BCA, however, there may be some institutes which will accept you as a BCA student even if you had Math in 10th standard, you need to individually check with the Institutes if you want to get into BCA whereas, BBA is a stream open to all.
Although, advisable that you go for BBA but, I would like to add here that the most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your programme is your own interests & career aspirations.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries.
Thanks,
Pooja
