First and foremost, increase your friend circle--with whom you can interact. It seems that you have a tendency to have a small circle of friends--so that you can interact in a limited manner. Second, make friends who can interact with you IN ENGLISH also. The friendship I am talking is not for just fun.It is for making use of your hidden communication abilities, as well as to come out of your FEAR OF SPOKEN ENGLISH.
