Hi Gautam,
*
Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
*
While selecting, you just need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the college is AICTE / UGC approved or not.
As per the official website of Amity University -
" Amity University Madhya Pradesh has been established by Madhya Pradesh Act No. 27 of 2010 of Government of Madhya Pradesh and is recognized as per Section 2(f) of the UGC Act. "
Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, facul

I would put the list like this:
- USA (1st in companies and research)
- Japan (more specialized in research)
- Germany (have a great industry there)
- France/Great-Britain
- Korea (don't underestimate Korea, they have a huge industry developping)
- Canada
- Italy
- Israel
- maybe China, but they don't have much advanced things yet
The more you go down the list, the less the order is accurate, but I think it nails down pretty much where the best robots come from. I know this by reading news, and by looking which countries are publishing papers in international conference (for research).
