The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing you engineering and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.

I would put the list like this:
- USA (1st in companies and research)
- Japan (more specialized in research)
- Germany (have a great industry there)
- France/Great-Britain
- Korea (don't underestimate Korea, they have a huge industry developping)
- Canada
- Italy
- Israel
- maybe China, but they don't have much advanced things yet
The more you go down the list, the less the order is accurate, but I think it nails down pretty much where the best robots come from. I know this by reading news, and by looking which countries are publishing papers in international conference (for research).
