It is better to appear for NEET and have some rank as that's the minimum eligibility criteria for most of the medical colleges. There are management quota seats which are offered only if you have appeared in the NEET or any other state entrances of the state you are applying to.

Candidates should prepare well on basic interview questions, such as Why MBA? Why HR? why XIMB? Also, they need to prepare their CV and should known each and every content of it. Candidates must have answers for their area of interests and hobbies. Questions can be related to the favorite subject/ sport/ movie etc., and general knowledge and work experience (if any)/ internship/ projects (such as difficulties faced if any and how you tackled it).
