Hey Soumendra,
You need to have 70 percentile and above in CAT and XAT to get admission in BIMTECH. MAT score is valid only for PGDM (RM) & PGDM (IBM).

You can pursue M.Sc in biotechnology and should opt for chemistry at your graduation level. It will be very helpful at M.Sc level. But I think you are not eligible for M.Sc biotechnology because, at the time of the interview, maths is required at 12th level.
