Yes, you can study. Why should being an Indian be a problem at all. If you meet admission requirements, have good grades and some experience in thia sector you should be accepted. You have to start checking university websites for entry requirements, take GRE IELTS TOEFL etc. And necessary steps mentioned on university admission pages for acceptance.

Yes, it has AICTE approval. Because without approval of AICTE the value of the college and PGDM is nothing. Also, the approval of AICTE is required for taking admissions. Moreover AICTE approval is essential for education loan without approval letter from AICTE doesn't issue loans to students. So it is essential requirement for private business School and Fostiima has AICTE approval. I also took education loan for fee payment which I got while submitting AICTE approval letter along with other documents.

I haven't heard of any institute giving stipend to B.Tech student. They only provide stipend in the condition that the student is involved in some project under any institute faculty.

Hi,
Yes, you can clear the course but again depends on the semester. Even semester needs to be reappeared in even semester final exams only and for the odd semester it applies the same. Even Semester falls in 2,4 &6 wherein for odd semester it is 1,3 &5.

In Agriculture course is done basically through marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Direct Admission) or written exam conducted by the university that offers the degree.
