You need to have minimum 60% and above in your aggregate engineering score and then you need to apply for BITS Higher Degree entrance exam for getting into BITS ME course. To answer your query, yes, you are eligible as of now to appear for BITS Higher Degree entrance exam.

I feel that the concept of flight engineer presently is only in armed forces. In civilian sphere of flying, there is no known Institute that conducts courses for a student to become flight engineer. But why you want to become flight engineer? I am interested to know. Can you something please?
