Choosing electives is a very flexible process in GLIM, Chennai. One can also do dual specialisation. In 2nd year every student has to choose 16 electives and to declare a major one has to choose 8 subjects either marketing/finance/operations. To declare a minor one has to choose at least 4 subjects of either marketing/ finance/ operations/ strategy / AIMLA. Also, you can do one major and two minors. There is no compulsion on declaring a minor. But you have to declare 1 major at least. I hope it helps.
