Yes few companies do check your 10th, 12th and UG marks too. Most of the companies like TCS, HUL, LG etc. need minimum of 60% throughout your educational background as their qualifying criteria. While other companies like Target, Oracle need minimum of 60% only in MBA.

Companies have percentage criteria like a minimum of 60% throughout your education. Some companies ask for work experienced people below 2 years. You seem to have a very good work ex in IT field. So aim for better colleges like IIMs where they give priority to work ex people more. In christ the ones with less than 2 years experience have more priority than the ones with more.
