There is no single sharing room available in sibm. Only double triple and four sharing rooms are available which are randomly allotted and there is no preference given to anybody

See above 90% in cat and above 60% in graduation does'nt give you surety to get admission in IIM. They do check yours IQ LEVEL , intelligence , attitude and knowledge too .
So be confident in yourself and prepare well for gd and pi .

Entrance exam for ?

After +2 PCM students have multiple options to direct thier career. Student can choose between Engineering (BTec) , Science(BSc), Computers (BCA), Management (BBA), Law ( Integrated LLB) and Fashion. In case students in not interested to pursue these career options they can switch steams to Art, Humanities, Commerce, Economics, Fine Arts etc. You must chose a career based on your interest to have success and happiness in life.

If you want to enter IHM you need to crack NCHMCT JEE exam. It is the common entrance exam for IHM's and many other colleges.
For appearing in NCHMCT JEE you should fulfill the following criteria :-
1. Age between 18 - 22 years.
2. Clear pass in class 12 or equivalent exam with minimum 50%.
3. English as one of the main subjects.
