For solving problems, you can buy some books by Tata McGraw Hill, Arihant for CAT and Kaplan, GMAT Review for GMAT.

The GRE score is not the only parameter to decide your admissions. Hence, most of the universities do not specify any scores and it also depends on what specialization you are looking for.

I will suggest you to take TOEFL or IELTS and score minimum up to 90 marks out of 120 marks. Take SAT or ACT exam as well as two SAT subject tests : one in mathematics (level 1 or 2) and the other one in science (physics, chemistry or biology).
Here, note that some universities don't accept IELTS so I will prefer TOEFL.

BA LLB program is of 5 years duration and it can be applied after completing class 12th.
Eligibility: Minimum 50% in class 12th is maintained by most of the universities, but colleges under CLAT require:
1. 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to unreserved/ OBC/ specially abled person (SAP) and other categories.
2. 40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories.

In Tamil Nadu, admissions to engineering are through CET conducted by Anna University. It is requested that the criterias be downloaded on your laptop on studied. Fee are different in different colleges and can vary from 50K to few lakhs.
