Hi, Eligibility:
a) Programme require completion of Bachelor's Degree of minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent ( under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a recognised university, in any discipline. B) At the time of applying candidates studying in 3 year degree programme should have passed in all the subjects for the 1st to 4th semesters and candidates studying in 4 year degree programmes should have passed in all the subjects for 1st to 6th semester. Although most institutes in the country offer the programme as a 1-year course, the University of Calcutta offers it as 2-year course of study. Thanks!

Different colleges use different names for the exact same course. You can opt for B.Tech / BE in software engineering, information technology, information science or computer science engineering. Computer science engineering involves hardware related subjects as well besides software. If you pursue BE / B.Tech, it is a 4 years course. If you go for integrated courses like (BE / B.Tech + MBA / M.Tech), it will be a 5 years course wherein you will be awarded with a Bachelors degree as well as a Masters degree.
