After completing BCA, you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MCA)
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

But I think Bhushan is asking for MS from abroad as he has mentioned his GRE score. first of all, your GRE score and AW scores are good but unfortunately due to low graduation score, you will not get good and reputed colleges. You have not mentioned about TOEFL or IELTS score and that means you are looking to do MS from Germany as education from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Newzeeland and Singapore will require English proficiency test score. For pursuing MS you require 10+2+4 years of education and work experience is not counted. It is taken into consideration only for MBA degree.
Scholarships are strictly merit based and only few students get it who join the college during fall session. Secondly, even if some one qualifies for scholarship that is only after admission has been completed and before that during VISA interview, you will have to show your entire financial documentation on how to sustain yourself in the targeted country for 2 years, otherwise VISA can be denied.
As far as your specialization subjects are concerned, that should not be any problem as all the universities offer these specializations.

In order to get internships, you need to approach radio stations for auditions. Also, request you prepare some audio files to show your talent to the recruiters. Some factors to be kept in mind during interviews is to be updated with the type of Music that is in demand and liked by the listeners, voice pitch etc. To become a good RJ one should have the following qualities like an attractive voice, good command over English, Hindi and the regional language, Confident, smart etc.Initially it will be difficult for you to get an entire show for yourself but you can play a small part to start with!
