With a qualification of a BCA, getting high end jobs is rare as it is just a graduate degree in IT stream and limits your career options and professional growth after certain time. However there definitely are jobs suiting to tis education profile in fields like Hardware, networking, Security, Designing and development etc.
As for the payment/ salaries is concerned, this cannot be commented or compared as this shall depend on several factors like job profile, company profile, your expertise etc.
You can locate a job through applying on the vacancies available online on the portals like Naukri.com.
