Well Organisational communication and public relation are 2 points of the same line but pointing opposite ends.
A Public Relations Officer is the face of the organisation and is responsible for the image of the organization. The person is responsible to be in touch with media and build the image of the company/product by sharing regular information, quotes etc.
Whereas a Organisational communication also includes the same but also involves communication and training programs within the organization. One can say it is about updating the employees with the new changes.

Corporate communications usually refers to communications within the corporation. More broadly, it could encompass all communications that emanate directly from the corporation.
PR encompasses corporate communications, but also includes all publicity that would impact the public perception of the corporation's image, not just messages from Head Quarters.
Public relations is relatively a narrow one compared to Corporate Communication, which is very broad. In fact, the time has evolved to an extent that the word "public relations" is no more there at least in the corporate areana. Corporate communication encapsulates the functions of public relations. Even today, you can see a lot of Government offices and Public sector companies speaking a lot about "public relations". Mostly they serve locally. For example, if you go to universities, you will find a board hanging right under the head of a person "Public Relations Officer", where he serves the students by answering their questions and clarify doubts etc. So, you can very well assume it as a "local" flavour, an old term.
