u have to be little more careful then rest of resturant. have to always careful abt permits and timings of resturants. have more complicated procedure dn others. have to follow more police and political morns. will always have to see that u dont fall into false trade and business and never caught up in illegal work. it require alot of knowlegde of loopholes and better understanding of this business. better income but quite risky one.
