Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be 'GRADUATE' in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

Please remember every university has its own course specific application deadline, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the university you wish to apply.
Overall, Universities in US have 2 admission in take in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL/IELTS tests atleast 3-4 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
US is the best study destination to pursue masters degree in ECE and related fields.
Germany is considered as the best study destination in the field if mechanical, automobile engineering and related fields.
However, you may surely consider pursuing masters degree in ECE and related fields from universities in Germany.
