Hi,
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be 'GRADUATE' in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.

There are no colleges of Company Secretary. Its a correspondence course. There are chapters in various cities where you can get yourself registered and then later on can take the exams.

Please remember every university has its own course specific application deadline, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the university you wish to apply.
Overall, Universities in US have 2 admission in take in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL/IELTS tests atleast 3-4 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
