Dear Sagar,
The basic eligibility for pursuing a bachelors in physiotherapy is 10+2 passed or equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English.
At least 50% of marks should be secured in each of these subjects. Age limit for the candidates is 17 years.
The admission to institutes is done through entrance examination.

The eligibility criteria for pursuing BCA may vary from institute to institute, as some of the institute prefer science graduates, while others ask for mathematics in +2. It is not necessary to pursue a Masters degree in Social Work.
Apparently, there are opportunities for B.A graduates in IT sector.
