Hello,
Yes, SIMSREE accepts scores of the CAT exam. Since the exam is of All India level and the total number of seats in SIMSREE are less, the cut-off is very high i.e. around 99.96+ percentile.

You can send the scores later but remember that your application will be considered complete only after you have submitted your score. Most of the law colleges require above 60% for admission along with a good score in their respective entrance examinations (if any, e.g. in Kerala -Kerala Law Entrance Examination /KLE).
