1. Candidates applying for admission to the first year of MBA (Full-Time) Programme must have pursued at least a 3-year Bachelors Degree Programme after 12 years of formal schooling in any of the following disciplines. The minimum requisite percentage of marks in different disciplines is as follows :-

As rightly said by Gurvinder you can not practice Law with a degree through Distance mode but what I could gauge that you want this degree just to add value to your resume if that is the case you can either go for Diploma programmes or Bachelor's programme in General Law i.e. BGL or BBL etc.
Few of the Universities which you may consider are: Annamalai University, Madurai Kamaraj University, Kakatiya University, ICFAI University, and Kurukshetra University etc.

As already suggested you, you can check with Institutes like Career Launcher & IMS for Entrance of Faculty of Law DU, as these institutes does provide the training on law Entrance Examinations, they would be in a better position to tell you whether CLAT and Faculty of Law's Entrance Examination is on similar lines or not. However, as far as my Knowledge goes they would be more or less on similar lines.

Although, there are very few UPSC Coaching Institutes available in Goa but , probably Goa Education Development Corporation (GEDC) has started some coaching Institute, and another place where you may get coaching is St. Xavier's College Goa, other options which you can check are: Paradigm IAS Academy, IIAS Academy.
