Indeed, Scientist Yogs is right in pointing that it is a difficult decision.
It is difficult for most students to make a firm career decision right after Intermediate. The right approach in my opinion is to choose a narrow down a little and keep a variety of career choices open. Considering your background in commerce, BCom would be an ideal choice. However, BBA being a professional course gives you better exposure.

3. The eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.

And B.SC CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing.
