Indeed, Scientist Yogs is right in pointing that it is a difficult decision.
It is difficult for most students to make a firm career decision right after Intermediate. The right approach in my opinion is to choose a narrow down a little and keep a variety of career choices open. Considering your background in commerce, BCom would be an ideal choice. However, BBA being a professional course gives you better exposure.

BCA course can provide professional knowledge in programming languages like C, C++, and Java etc. While BSc IT is a program wherein students are trained to perform well in computer applications and Software. And B.SC CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing.

I agree with Aru's suggestion. B Com is the best choice of degree after 10+2. It is a degree which has always always had a good acceptability in private as well as public sector.
If you have an inclination towards Banking / Finance / CS, TKWs, Delhi has a great option for you. You can join a BCom Degree in Banking & Finance with additional advantage of integrated CS Curriculum. This will give you best of both worlds and keep an avenue of career opportunities open for you.
