Well akshay the difference is so simple ,if u persue ur bachlor degree from a govt. Clg that too from IIT clgs then the degree so obtained is B.Tec in the same manner if u persue ur bachloer's degree from private clgs then degree so obtained is B.E. and if u persue it from abroad then degree so obtained is B.S.
And talking which is best is quite difficult coz what matter is ur track records but still B.S. And B.Tec r best.
