Dear there are number of engineering branches in Lovely university. And in every semester there are around 6 Subjects. !st year subjects are common to all the branches which includes : Physics, chemistry, maths I & II, English, Computers, basic electrical etc.

I do not see a need to do any course with CS . Pursuing a Company Secretary course should be a conscious decision. A qualified CS is the legal adviser of the company. The salaries are quite lucrative. In the long run you can look at becoming a consultant. You can also look at Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO)
