You need to keep your focus on XIIth as of now and try to excel in the exams. Then take up subject for graduation of your liking and which can also help you to prepare for the UPSC exams. It is a bit early to target UPSC for being IPS but yes it is good that you have a clear objective in your mind at such a young age.

ITM Gwalior doesn't have integrated B.Tech and MBA course. So if you want to go for this option only then you can try for other colleges like Galgota University, Manipal University, Amity University etc. If you want to pursue only B.Tech in CSE then you can choose ITM Gwalior.
